Overview
Fitness & Body System is an editorial name for stats Nelson said the game tracks: health level, cardio level, and fitness level. Characters can be made muscular or overweight. Gym play is the main evidenced activity; see Gym Workouts.
What is confirmed
- The game tracks health, cardio, and fitness statistics.
- Players can make a character muscular or have them eat a lot and become overweight.
- Base stamina and health values can be increased through training.
- Nelson described a gym routine of three exercises, rest, and repeating across three days to level up health and strength.
- Most gym equipment can be used, including pull-ups. Protein shake and protein bar were mentioned as a post-workout beat.
How it appears to work
Body change is tied to playable workouts and food, not to an unexplained slider. Food buffs are a related but separate page because they are temporary meter effects rather than base-stat training.
What remains unknown
- Exact stat names on the pause menu, numeric ranges, and decay rates are not published.
- How visible body change is at a glance, and whether both protagonists share the same rules, is not fully documented.
