Editorial Policy
This policy explains how I Love Vice City decides what to publish about an unreleased game, and how those pages should be read.
Sources we use
Published pages rely on:
- Official Rockstar Games pages, trailers, screenshots, and store copy
- On-the-record developer statements
- Things visibly shown in official promotional material
- Community identification of those officially shown things, when the identification is useful and clearly labeled
What we do not publish
I Love Vice City does not publish leaked files, datamines, or other material that Rockstar has not released. If a claim cannot be tied to an official or on-the-record source, it stays off public pages or is marked as unconfirmed.
Pre-release uncertainty
GTA VI is not out yet. Names, layouts, and systems shown in marketing can change. Pages describe what is known now, not a promise of the shipped game. When Rockstar publishes a correction or a clearer source, the page should move with it.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected on the published page. The corrections policy covers how evidence status can change.
